Broken but still lovely

Very nice bag. I get loads of compliments everywhere I go but the leather strap holding the handle in place broke after a bout a year of consistent use. A bit disappointed but it can be fixed

Beautiful Bag, Bad Zipper

This is a gorgeous bag. Unfortunately, only a few days after using it, the zipper malfunctioned and there is gapping in the zipper, despite trying to close it very slowly and carefully. I am going to reach out to customer service and hope for the best. This is my first Bostanten bag, so I have no idea if this is unusual for their quality control or not.
